Jason Zlotkowski

Executive Director

Jason is a Landscape Architect with more than 30 years experience, having worked in Australia, Japan, Middle East and South-East Asia. This journey throughout the world has developed a knowledge and respect of cultures, landscape environments and a city’s identity.

Jason has gained expertise in creating iconic public places within the framework of a city master plan. Passionate about the practice of design, his focus is to integrate a city within the landscape and not the landscape into the city.

Significant projects include a waterfront under the Sydney Harbour Bridge looking at the iconic Opera House, a new destination zoo in Saigon, an event landscape such as Sydney Olympic Parklands, a island nature reserve and tourist landmark in Abu Dhabi, new eco park within Jakarta city limits, River of Life- Precinct 7, Malaysia and River of Life Master Plan, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Indahpura Green Gateway City will be a unique mixed use community placed strategically at the crosspoint of a naturally beautiful Pulai setting and highly connected upcoming new urban area of Kulai. 

We carefully crafting the existing undulating nature of Pulai’s hill, transforming it into a series of eco green corridor and valleys that carry great natural and water systems and element that slowly take into shape of a thriving, vibrant and dynamic place to live, work, play, learn : Indahpura ...

We envisioned this to be a place where people meet, connected and interact, visitor embrace nature in most fun and exciting way, resident live in harmonious, healthy and sustainable community.

River Of Live

An Entry Point Project (EPP) in the Greater Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley National Key Economic Area under the Economic Transformation Programme. 

The goal of River of Life is to transform the rivers into a vibrant and thriving waterfront by 2020. Originally a competition meant to invite original ideas with excellent designs in planning, the winning master plan on which ZED directors and staff contributed to all phases from design through to construction management is being used to create an iconic waterfront development for the city.
