PIK Beach Masterplan

Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) is a neighborhood in the sub-district of Penjaringan in North Jakarta, Indonesia. It is one of most prestigious citation needed residential area in Jakarta. PIK Beach offers new possibilities of giant water front public space that connect different context between luxurious residential, industrial estate and community surround. These engagements will revive Long Beach become more vibrant place as diverse community enjoy white sand, pool, greenery as well. The Concept design is developed by the response from the site, to achieve the best adaptive design for Tropical weather in North Jakarta.

The site is located in Pengulon, Gerokgak, Buleleng, Bali which is around 118 km or 3 hours 30 minutes drive away from Ngurah Rai International Airport and 10 minutes from Celukan Bawang Beach.
