SKY 6

SKY 6 is located in Central Lombok in the South. which is 45 minutes away from Lombok International Airport and 90 minutes away from Lembar Harbor. Our client, Sky Wealth (M) Sdn Bhd approached is to create concept design for sky 6, a luxury sea resort on the shores of Lombok, Indonesia.

Sky 6 Resort Design Brief:

• Design a six star resort on the 10 acre site 

•Draw on inspiration from Lombok vernacular architecture

• Establish a variety of architecture opportunities to stay

• Include branded time-share units and bungalows

• Allow for Wedding, Spa, beach club, kids club and Conference facilities

• Provide a minimum of 5 restaurants

• Create a lush tropical garden environment

• Allow for shaded pavilions to enjoy all the potential activities and views

• Works must be completed within 3 years

• Incorporate a number of pools types

• Cater for the Chinese tourist market

The vision for the project is to experience the rhythmic evolution of the lombok vernacular. The sky 6 is a journey of reawakening oneself by reconnecting with the local environment, to welcome each guest as a close friend with a gentle sense of joy and nature.
